SSG Rebranding
January 16, 2025
The SSG officially held its rebranding event through its social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. The initiative consisted of an AVP featuring the newly designed logo, DP blasts by the officers, and changes in the overall look of the social media accounts.
Second Semestral Planning
January 7–8, 2025
In preparation for the second semester, the SSG Executive officers, along with their advisers and faculty, arranged its second semestral planning meeting in CS Building Room 209. Concerns regarding the Constitution Ad-Hoc Committee, Pusong Palkon, Graduation, and many more were discussed.
Parcels of Joy: Sharing the Vincentian Christmas Spirit

In celebration of Christmas, the Student Activities Office and SSG organized a Christmas donation initiative to cater to children under child services and children of school employees, including security guards and maintenance staff at the CS and FRC buildings. All donations were collected from senior high school students who donated during their Christmas parties.
Second General Assembly
November 18, 2024
The second General Assembly of the SSG highlighted updates on the SSG rebranding, and guidelines for the rebranding photoshoot, campaigns for the position paper addressing the 88-grade requirement and final term assessments, as well as the room-to-room retreat and graduation survey.
Student-Admin Conference
November 5, 2024
Senior High School Principal, were present at this meeting along with the SSG’s executive committee, representatives from the strand councils, and other Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs).
Project Agapay: Donation Drive for Kristine PH Victims

The SSG conducted a donation drive initiative in collaboration with ABM Society, Humanities Guild, and STEM League, to aid fellow Filipinos affected by the recent typhoon, Bagyong Kristine. In-kind donations were collected and coordinated with the Student Activities Office (SAO) to ensure they reach the communities in need through selected Non-Government Organizations.
Lead 4 Life

The Student Activities Office hosted the first Lead4Life leadership training seminar, which took place at Co Po Ty Hall, CT Building, providing an opportunity for Vincentian leaders to enhance their leadership skills. The first half of the event was a wisdom talk seminar, while the second half was a breakout session tackling event and manpower management, branding and marketing, partnership, layout and design, documentation and secretarial work, financial management and reporting, mobile photography, and post-processing.
Teacher’s Day Celebration

In celebration of National Teacher’s Day, senior high school students gathered in their classrooms to celebrate with their class advisers by having a small salu-salo. The celebration for AM shift classes started from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while PM shift classes celebrated with their teachers from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Connected Realities: The Future of Internet of Things

In collaboration with the AdU Electronics Engineering Department and AUECESS, the SSG co-organized an event for STEM-Engineering and STEM-Technology students to learn more about Electronics Engineering (ECE) through discussions, icebreakers, and electronic-related exhibits.
Buwan ng Wika Manpower

In collaboration with the AdU-SHS Filipino department, the SSG served as the manpower for the Buwan ng Wika event. This consisted of activities, such as Cinemalaya—a movie-screening activity–-and the pageant for Lakan and Lakambini.
Launching of SSG Grievance Form

The SSG’s Grievance Form provides students with a dedicated platform to voice concerns and ensure that these are addressed by the SSG, who will refer matters to the administration if necessary.

Buwan ng Wika Manpower Meeting

The SSG held a meeting in preparation for the upcoming Buwan ng Wika celebration, hosted by the AdU-SHS Filipino Department. Manpower for ‘Cinemalaya’ and ‘Lakan and Lakambini,’ necessary equipment, and event guidelines were discussed among the SSG officers.
Falc-On Board: Soaring Skies and New Beginnings

The Falc-On Board serves as the official welcome event for AdU-SHS students embarking on a new journey this Academic Year 2024-2025. The event featured a welcome walk, an organizational fair, and a program with exciting performances, icebreakers, raffles, and many more.
